Kind of spur of the moment but good challenging questions were asked. They commented on my good use of language. That I wanted the position because I was interested in the field and not stating I need it for school credit.

It was a great process. Very simple. If i had to interview with them again i would accept. Did not take very long. Was very easy to schedule with them.
Very strait forward and casual. Asked me about what I do in my free time and why I would be a good fit for this job. Asked why you would like to work there.

The interview process was very casual and friendly. They asked why I picked my major, why I was interested in their company, and gave an overview of the goals of their company and the day to day life of someone working full time as a materials field engineer. I also got an on site tour and was able to meet a few staff members.
