In person interview was conducted for about an hour with the hiring manager. We discussed my resume and experience and the type of work available for the open position. The manager elaborated on company policies and procedures and answered any questions I had about the work.

The hiring manager reached out to me about the job opening since they had my resume on file. It was an easy interview, and 3 weeks later the hiring manager said I was the top candidate and that they would send me an offer soon. Two months go by and was told 3 separate times that I would get an offer letter, but I did not get one and was ghosted. This was in Albany, NY.

Easy, managers asked about experience and wanted to get to know me. Seemed interested in my previous work and seeing how I would fit in at the company. Asked a few easy questions but was more of a meet and greet.
