I spoke with the Recruiter before talking with the Managers and Director of the project. Since I had experience in the ERP system they were working on, my interview was more focused on my knowledge of the software rather than behavioral/situational questions. The interview process was a bit tougher since they were asking me direct questions of my knowledge of the software. However they were understanding when I explained I was not familiar with some of the functionality they were used to.
The whole process did not take very long, the Recruiter was very on top of reaching out to me, reaching out to the employees, and working with me for a position that best fit me. While I was initially rejected to a position due to lack of space, the Recruiter call me back and offered me a different position within the company - which I was given an offer to.

Entrevista
HR Rep led the first interview asking basic questions about background and experience. The sole purpose of the meeting was the "check off the boxes" that I fit the requirements of the position. The next interview was with the Project Manager and Task Lead (will be either technical or functional) and that interview delved into more day-to-day aspects and questions about the interviewee's background.
