Recently attended the interview process at TSN Sorgo. The overall process was smooth and well-organized. It mainly focused on aptitude, technical knowledge, coding skills, and communication. The technical round covered basics of programming, DBMS, OOPs, SQL, and project-related questions. They were more interested in problem-solving approach and understanding of concepts rather than memorized answers. Coding questions were of easy to medium level and manageable with good preparation. The interviewers were professional and gave enough time to explain answers. Communication skills and confidence also played an important role during the HR discussion. For preparation, focus on: * Programming fundamentals * SQL queries and joins * OOP concepts * Basic aptitude and reasoning * Explaining projects clearly Overall, it was a good learning experience and a decent process for freshers.
