The interview was a three-part process beginning with a written questionnaire and writing an exhibit label based on something in the museum collection. This part took me about 2 hours to fully complete. Then there were 2 interviews via Microsoft Teams. The first included several interviewers who asked rapid fire questions, so it did not feel warm or conversational. The questions were more situational and behavioral than skills-based. They got back to me quickly and scheduled a final round interview which was more conversational.
