Two stage interview involving two or three people of varying experience and seniority. The first interview seeks out your skills, interests and competencies. You are usually interviewed by those individuals you are most likely to work with. Interview happened during Covid and was virtual.

After the interview process they offered me a position paying £26k less than my current salary. I found this unprofessional and more importantly a waste of time for both parties

Offer informal conversations with team first to allow questions both side. The people I met with were open and generous with their time. There was a bit of a lag in hearing about next steps and had to follow up a bit.

Entrevista
A screening interview followed by a sit down interview with two senior leaders at Teneo. I was introduced to the company through a recruitment agent, underwent screening and then had the interview. I am not aware of any assessment as part of the interview process.
