First round consisted of a math test (similar to online), a behavioural interview (including lot of commercial aspects) and a market sizing, which was heavy number based, but still relatively easy. Second round consisted of another similar behavioural + commercial interview, a longer case study, which again was focused on numbers and a written case interview with a partner with 30 minutes preparation time and 45 minutes Q&A. While it was very challenging, there was not that much time pressure in preparation. While they usually have only two rounds, I was invited for a third round since they were unsure about some aspects of my application. This involved another two cases only, again with a larger focus on numbers and relatively big time pressure on calculations. Overall, the general difficulty of the interviews were similar to other consultancy companies, however, they were more focused on math aspects and more commercial part for the behavioural part. The staff was very friendly and approachable and usually guided through the cases if you were stuck.
