CV reviewed by Employer Invited to complete a personality test (Hogan) and mathematical test (Wonderlic) Invited to meet the hiring manager and HR manager Invited to meet director of the department but I declined as I accepted another offer I think the overall process was very organised. After I declined the offer, the regional HR manager called to ask why I declined and if there was anything that would change my mind. Overall everyone was very professional and straight forward.
