My first interview was with the recruiter who was very knowledgeable of the requirements and technologies the company was looking for. After this, I was scheduled for a phone/video interview with the hiring manager and team members where we discussed testing methodologies, agile and automation. The questions themselves were not difficult to answer; I believe they were looking on how you answer and see if you are compatible with the team and have the drive to work independently. Two days later I received an offer and I gladly accepted it. Awesome! Overall I had a very positive experience with the interview and hiring process.
