Escalation – How to respond to the following situation? TenForce started a project with a budget of 80 md for a large customer with a lot of potential. 60 md have been spent and the ETC is 50 md. TenForce changed Project Manager during the project and one of the developers was not the best and spent more time than planned. Customer was late in presenting detailed requirement and does not free up the resources to do the testing. The TenForce project manager comes to you and says “I need at least 30 days extra!” How do you respond, what is your approach? List the options that you will present to the TenForce management, with the pros and the cons. Marketing & Sales Strategy Describe your sales approach and plan for creating new opportunities at a large, multi-site company. In this case TenForce has already 4 sites as a customer. TenForce needs an approach to win the 150 other sites. You will have support from marketing, but you must give the direction and strategy to align it with the sales activities. So, explain: - How you will identify leads, grow their interest, close deals? - What you expect from marketing? - How you will track progress on a dashboard (Design the dashboard) Presentation of TenForce Incident Management Prepare and present a sales pitch of 5 min for TenForce incident management. You can use the presentation attached as input. But don’t hesitate to add a couple of ideas yourself. Give an indication of the budget (nothing in the presentation attached on this):

First call with the HR.
The second part was a meeting with the hiring manager, who is a really straightforward and nice guy.
The third part is a “test and taste” where you need to do a long presentation, answering some questions and pitching their product. As well at the end of the test there is a 30’ chat with the CCO.
What left me without words is how they treated me after the whole process took place. I spent over 10 days preparing for the final test(did great in the test) and after they ghosted me.
I had to follow up 4/5 times to receive an answer.
The answer was “hi, we chose another candidate”; not even best regards.
