Phone interview. The woman I spoke with told me very briefly about the job, asked me to tell her about myself, then immediately asked if I had any questions, which slightly threw me off. I asked what the typical day to day was like. She answered. Then she immediately moved on without letting me ask any more questions. I don't remember what else she said but she was ready to end the call after only 5 minutes. I had to hurry and ask another question just to get more time and show that I'm actually interested in the position. So I asked something like what they consider when looking for an ideal candidate. She answered briefly but when I expressed that I did fit that criteria and expressed my hopefulness that I was right for the job, she basically dismissed me. The entire call lasted a measly 7 minutes. The tone she gave off was "I'm only doing this 'interview' as a formality and nothing else". She didn't ask me any typical interview questions and sounded very uninterested in me. So why did I get an interview at all if they knew they wouldn't move forward with me from the beginning. At least give me a proper chance. Don't bother with this company.
