Going to their website, you can send your resume to them, and then they send you a confirmation/invitation email to come in and fill out a paper application. I interviewed the same day with one of the account reps. The questions are pretty standard "What would your last employer say about you", "What did you like most about a job", What did you like least about a job"., etc. The account rep I spoke with was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say, considering reps ask these questions to different interviewees all day. Once the interview is over, they let you know they will call if anything is available, and to sign in every week to keep your application current. The building and interior offices are very nice and there is plenty of space in the lobby for applicants to sit while waiting/filling out applications. Nice atmosphere. As with most staffing companies, once you get through the interview, if there isn't anything available for you, you sign in once a week so they know you are still interested. Seldom do you get to speak to an account rep again, unless they call you for a job. When you call to sign in each week, if you actually get to talk to the account rep, generally they rush you through by saying they will sign you in. So once the interview is over, it feels like you are just another number.
