Entrevista
After sending my application I had initial interview where we briefly discussed my experience and future role in the company. Second step was coding challenge, real problem which telnyx faced to during the work. For submission I had about a week. The last step of the interview is the in-person interviews with different teams: solving algorithms tasks, tasks on building architecture, soft skills questions and discussing my background in depth. It was great experience to test your skills, understand your weaknesses and talk with interesting persons.

Entrevista
It was good overall, everybody was nice and polite. I was able to use my open source code as code exercise, which was nice. I had problems with the on site interview: it was on the office at late hours (started at 17) and went until almost 20. Later I understood is because it needed to be overlapped with Chicago hours (HQ). I had no idea what was expected of me or how many interviews I would have. Also, I had to take my computer but I didn't know. This was quite disturbing for me.
