The interview was conducted over the phone with one supervisor of the ski instructors. He was very friendly and the conversation was comfortable and easy! You essentially answer a series of questions about yourself and essentially provide your interests in the position and describe what you can offer as a ski instructor. The process follows a typical educator interview where you discuss your previous experiences and why you are a qualified candidate for the position.
