Se me realizó una primera entrevista on-line, luego una entrevista presencial en 2 partes: Técnica y personal. Tuve muy buenas sensaciones y muy buen trato. El proceso duro un par de meses pero durante ese tiempo RRHH estuvo en contacto conmigo actualizándome de como iba.

Me hicieron preguntas tanto técnicas como profesionales, más o menos lo estándar de las entrevistas. Me dió la sensación que más que un cúmulo de conocimientos, buscaban a alguien que se pudiera integrar fácilmente al equipo.

Entrevista
I solicited for a software engineering position that made little or no mention of specific technologies. I happen to be a Java professional, and my CV is crystal clear on that point. When I arrived, an arrogant woman stated matter-of-factly that the position required Microsoft technologies, and that my CV didn't have any. She didn't apologise for inviting me for an interview, when a quick read of my CV would have shown my profile to be unsuitable for what they were looking for. Afterwards I requested them to refund my train tickets to travel to their offices. They refused to refund them. Disgraceful.
