The interview process took 4-6 weeks. The interviews were straightforward, they asked questions about your experience with prioritization, design, involvement in various stages of SDLC, and competitive analysis. At every stage, I received positive feedback and in the final interview the hiring manager confirmed I had the job. However, apparently internally they did not "have alignment" on the interview process and augmented it to include another round, where I had to meet with a Senior Director. This interview seemed to go well but a week later I had a call with a recruiter who said the role was no longer available because they couldn't agree on the scope of the role. After my rejection, the same job was reposted on LinkedIn and Glassdoor less than a week later. This company does not engage in good faith hiring practices and will pull the rug from underneath you based on the whims of a senior leader. I do not recommend any prospective hire to engage with them in good faith, simply leverage their final offer for another job at a better company.

Fui entrevistada en tres oportunidades para la posición. En la última instancia, quienes me entrevistaron tenían menos experiencia que yo en el rol a cubrir, y las preguntas que me realizaron fueron bastante generales en relación con las responsabilidades del puesto y mis habilidades. El feedback final que recibí fue que no contaba con experiencia en ese mercado específico. Sin embargo, me llamó la atención que luego seleccionaron para el puesto a una persona con un perfil muy distinto, vinculado al entrenamiento físico.
Sinceramente, me genera cierta confusión. Sé que están contratando, pero tengo la impresión de que, cuando el perfil presenta una experiencia superior a la requerida, tienden a descartarlo. De hecho, al momento de postularme, me mencionaron que estaba sobrecalificada, aunque decidieron avanzar con mi CV.

The HR person rescheduled the interview appointment 2 different times. Then did not show up for the confirmed time, did not text/VM or email that they couldn't make it. Rude, unprofessional. This is the second time they have done this.
