I got emailed back a time to come in for a group interview, and when I came in, there were 6 other candidates aside from me. They began by asking a question to the entire group, which we discussed aloud as they took notice of how we interacted. Afterwards, we were given questions we could discuss about together, but we all had to write our own responses to. I then had a quick individual interview immediately after, in which they asked me about myself and what was on my resume. They also asked me to explain in detail how I did something (what was on my resume).

For one of the write-your-answer questions, they asked a hypothetical question along the lines of the following: you have 5 seeds that came from the planet Mars, describe how you would experiment to find a way to grow them on Earth and provide any details you can.

I found the internship opportunity online, and applied by sending an email to the address listed. I got a reply saying my resume was received. A few days later I was contacted via email to schedule an in-person interview. At the interview I met with two people one-on-one, and they asked simple questions about previous work history and career goals. About a week and a half after the interview I was notified via email that I was a good match for the internship program.

Interview was overall good process. Meet with two different people both of who are very nice. Was comfortable. Company looks diffferent inside then you expect. Interview takes place in a meeting room and hear back of reuslts in a week or two.
