This role was supporting an Account in their Customer Loyalty Rewards Program. The interview time was split between the CEO and the Manager of Finance & Administration.
The CEO's process focused heavily on the role of supporting the Client in the Loyalty Program where the Finance & Administration Mgr focused on the responsibilities of marketing to and for the Client, and billing the Client.
