I initially applied for one position and technimark asked me to apply for a position that was a better fit. The coordinator asked that I meet the hiring manager the next Monday so I shuffled many things around and got prepared to meet with the manager on relatively short notice. I showed up at 8 am and was out by 820. The hiring manager who said she was new and didnt know much about the position wasted my time on something that should have been done over the phone. That is probably the worst interview I have ever been on. It took longer to iron the shirt than to talk about the position. Sounded like a decent enough place and position, but wasted mine and their time. The hiring manager was rushed and her mind was elsewhere. They need to improve their process drastically, pretty unacceptable for a professional organization.
