One suggestion for improvement would be to inform candidates at least a day in advance so they can prepare properly and avoid last-minute pressure. Another helpful improvement could be that if a candidate applies for one role but is found suitable for a different position, the team could proactively inform them and guide them accordingly based on their skill set. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the professionalism of the interview team.
