I was contacted by a lady in Maryland and she set up my interview for a recruiter. I went to the Tampa office which was beautiful, they are overlooking the water. I met with three people and all had a similar interview style. I was told I would be contacted to set up a day to see the day in the life of a recruiter, which I'm excited about.
Had about 3 different interviews and a job shadow with another recruiter in the office.
Meet with 3 different people. Completed the whole process in about 2 days before an offer was presented . Offer was presented after job shadow

Interview process pretty fast. Did a phone interview with a recruiter, then a face to face with 3 account executives, and then a final shadow. Got offer at 3rd interview.

Entrevista
It was intense and the communication was not that great. She didn’t seem to care about my skills. The shadowing seems very unstructured and some of the recruiters were having very inappropriate conversation during my time in the office
