I received a phone call from an Account Executive out of the Rosemont office. I was busy at the time so we set up a time to talk more about my career goals. We went over my experience and what I was looking for out of my first career after graduating college.
I was interested in the position, so I decided to come in for an in-person interview. I met with 2 account executives in different verticals, shadowed a current recruiter, and met with the Director of the office all in one day, which took 2-3 hours.

It was intense and the communication was not that great. She didn’t seem to care about my skills. The shadowing seems very unstructured and some of the recruiters were having very inappropriate conversation during my time in the office
