The Interview Process is really pathetic. 1. Telephonic Interview with basic Php questions. 2. After that I waited for at-least 15 days. Even then I got the feedback only when I made a call from myself to the HR or mailed her. Then the HR said there will be a skype call. Then she(almost uncertain in taking interview decisions) asked to come down to their location on a working day only(that means I had to take a leave from your current organisation). Phew, now a face-2-face interview scheduled after at-least 15 days. 3. On the day of f2f interview, I was surprised to get an aptitude test. 4. After that there was a technical discussion. The interviewer asked only from core Java. But she don't have ethics to not to attend any call during interview. Rather the interviewer stopped the interview in between just to collect her courier from some shopping site. Really unprofessional behaviour. 5. After that, the HR came and said there will be one more technical interview over skype which will be taken by some Architect sitting over there in UK. She explained that he will ask really difficult questions, so be prepared. Another ridiculous thing. 6. And there was no further information about when will be the skype call or what will be further proceedings. 7. But when I called her up, she simply replied the profile is not up to mark. The thing is they simply don't care about time. They are rotated in uncertain things, making you fool to wait for there feedback and will waste almost a month's time without any solid results. Do not apply for this ridiculous company. I am amazed how had they got the false glassdoor rating of 5 stars
