The interview was a telephonic interview from a senior management person. The person seemed wise and the interview process went on for 30-40 mins . Then after some hours, I was offered the job role. After which I consent to join the organization and stayed there for 6 months and left due to some internal issues

Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
