As I had just a year of experience in May 2010, It was an aptitude test first. Then, a technical round followed by a manager round where my understanding of software development process was tested. Afterward, it was a HR round.

I was asked about my hobbies and then a question was asked related to it. I was unable to answer.
it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative

The interview was conducted by a senior person who was very kind and polite. He asked me technical questions as well as behavioral aspects. He was trying to understand the overall personality.

Technical Interview - moderate question related to Tech stack required by project or mentioned in Resume. Once it is clear, Next round will be Manager Interview. This might be less Technical but can expect few Technical or scenario based questions followed by HR Interview at last
