Entrevista
First, they will take the Aptitude Test ( you can get it basic idea from the online )and then Technical round will happen. Once clear the Technical round then HR discussion. In the HR dicussion they will ask the family background, salary part.
Its regular process . call then face to face then Manager round then HR round . Once selected document submission and BG initiated then joining . etc . this is not any special process.
assessment round:
1. aptitude assessment
2. writing test
3. technical assessment
4. communication test
communication test is conducted in online mode only
writing test is conducted immediately after aptitude round
