First round consists of General Aptitude which was online. Second and the immediate round was Picture essay where a picture would be given and you need to write an essay..Third round was the Technical and finally the HR. The whole process took 1 complete day.

I belong to electrical background so they asked me-Why did you do graduation in electrical and after completing why you want to join IT?
The process starts with an aptitude test, followed by a coding round to assess problem-solving skills. Next is a communication round to evaluate speaking ability, concluding with an interview covering technical and business aspects.

Entrevista
The interview is very good. Initially they will conduct an aptitude test followed by essay writing ( you have to clear the aptitude test to be eligible for attending the essay writing) . Then TR, then HR. One can be eligible to attend the interview once for every 6 months.
