Extremely disorganized hiring process, then ghosted after final selection
Called for a 10:30 AM interview, wasn't seen until 7 PM with zero updates.
Passed round 1, then had to make a separate 20km trip next day just for a 30 second typing test, only 2-3 laptops for hundreds of candidates, no proper assessment room.
Third round required yet another trip and a poor working laptop for the test. Passed everything, submitted documents, and was told I was selected.
Three weeks later, silence. When I followed up, the recruiter said the client "put the position on hold" and told me to move on. No warning, no explanation.
Three trips, hours of waiting, and a confirmed offer that just disappeared. Extremely disrespectful of candidates' time.

Excelent interview, they were very open minded and flexible and still professional. Showed me empathy and encourage me to give my best, that help to create and relaxed environment that helped me to succeed.
It was good but very lengthy and also no HR is responding properly and there is proper rules and regulations for that. Doesn't care about candidates time and effort. Even though it's an MNC it should improve the quality of interview doesn't value the efforts
