Took about 45 minutes. 2nd round screening by recruiting firm, deeper dive into key competencies areas. 2 hours. Very thorough process with high level of attention to DEI considerations. All behavioral oriented questions that relied on providing examples and evidence. Did not make it past the second screening round. Did get a final close-out email indicating a candidate had been hired.
