Called in for Face to face with sales manager, he was a poor interviewer did ask many questions. They were more focused about showing off their office than learning about me.

One of the worst/disappointing HR job processes I've ever dealt with and there has been a few over over the years. Very disorganized and unresponsive. Sent in CV for a position that I was a great fit for and was genuinely excited about, got email back with a few follow up questions and was told that my details were now being shared with hiring manager...then nothing...followed up...still being considered...nothing....follow up again....job not really available anymore due to a potential restructure. .. but we will keep you on file...short time later, same job pops back up on line...contact HR, is it real or not...yep and your in the mix....nothing...follow up..no response...follow up again, nothing. a while later get an automated email saying I have been unsuccessful in my application, but we think your great etc...however I never applied for this job, and never would as it was a junior role... strange and really poor set up for a company that prides itself on being an innovative technology company and a forward thinking one. I have since spoken to 3 other people who had very similar negative experiences (inc interviews) for different roles... all in Cork. Since you pride yourselves on being a great company, you need a job application/hr process that is more personal, responsive and above all decent and courteous.
