Terrible interview experience. I was presented for the position at Team Viewer by CyberCoders and regret wasting my precious time with both of them, I was reached out by a CyberCoders recruiter and he set up a HR call with Team Viewer. The Team Viewer HR showed up 15 mins late. She didn't ask me a question relevant and closed the call saying I need to do a take-home within 72 hours to be considered further. I was given the take-home and I did complete the assessment within 72hours. I didn't receive any further response from the Team Viewer, a week later the CyberCoders recruiter sends an email saying that the position is closed. Upon inquiry on why would that happen, he said that there is some miscommunication and the position is not closed and they are awaiting feedback. A week later they said that they would not like to move forward with me. Why waste a candidate's time? No opportunity to talk to the hiring manager or the team. The assignment I did was pretty accurate and I wouldn't understand how some one can reject over it. Ridiculous experience, time should have been well spent on other things
