It was a very smooth and great experience. First I talked to an HR Business Partner that was very relaxed and informative. I got to know from start the terms and benefits of the position. Next step was to talk to the hiring manager and got more feeling for the role and the company. Last but not least there is a exercise/interview with the hiring manager and a senior sales manager. Prework for that interview included to create: A 30 60 90 day sales plan. Your last two successful client cases and a sales pitch for TeamViewer. During the prework creation you actually learn how innovate and exciting TeamViewer are. Amazing company!
