3 interviews, first one was an easy HR screening with an intern, then an interview with a team leader and a final panel interview with the sales team. It was pretty standard and I think there was actually one more round after that.

I went half way through the process: HR Interview and Manager Interview At first it felt like the HR interview was done just to tick a box. But then I had a good feedback. Also, with the manager, the interview went well, and it seemed to go positively. But after waiting 2 weeks, I received an automated answer they went with another candidate

Clear process with well explained next steps. The only problem is the super slow turnaround time. It took longer to proceed on the next stage of the process and by the time they offered me the job, I had already accepted an offer from another employer.
