The process went really fast. I applied and received a call about a week after applying. I had a standard phone interview that asked me about my previous job experience and salary expectations. Then I was asked to come in for a formal interview. I was interviewed by both the department manager and department director. Interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. I was then asked to do a simple editing test. They provided me a sample ad that was similar to what I'd be editing on the job.
