This company has a very archaic interview process. Not only do they put you through the ringer with 90 Minute deep dives, and hour long panel interviews, if they decide to extend you an offer, they will withdraw the offer a week later. An offer was made to me only to have my offer withdrawn 6 days later. They also request 4 references, 2 being professional, which isn’t a problem. But they want your direct reports from the previous jobs, and they expect EVERYONE to give you a glowing reference. If not, your not good enough for them. This is like saying; “I’m about to go on a date with someone, but hold on, let me check with ALL of his ex girlfriends first to make he’s just as perfect as I think he is.” That’s not realistic. Good luck finding quality candidates who will put up with you super unrealistic expectations.
