Applied online. Got an email for a Google Meet interview 2 weeks after. Got another email requesting for my transcript and compensation band the night after the initial interview. 2 Days after, received the reject email.
The google meet was awkward. The interviewer is another associate from the marketing team. Didn't show her face at all during the meeting so it was just a phone interview, as opposed to the invitation email that listed a dress code for the interview. She asked some questions about my past work and at the 20th minute mark during the scheduled 30-min interview, she said "our time is running short so maybe you start asking me any question you have." That's fine, but when time was up, without even asking me if i had further question - which I prepared, she rushed the interview to end. Seems like she just wanted to get the interview over with.
After that, I got a transcript request email which was the first time in my career to have been asked one. Not even my first employer asked for one...! And then after that, I got a reject email saying they wouldn't proceed with my application. I'm not sure who they were looking for, as if being on Dean's List isn't enough lol
