Online Application, but before i submitted this i was given Telephone Assistance by one of the local graduate recruiters and this set the context of what i should be putting into my application. This was then followed by a Telephone Interview, where i was then given an email to say i had been successful and i can progress to the Assessment Centre. After a few days of the Assessmet centre they'll give you an Offer, Reserve or No Offer

After getting through the online questions and video stage, it was the final stage- assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a group role play where you had to plan an event at your university and also a role play with the interviewer who pretended to be a student and you had to try and engage the student and try and get them interested in Teach First.

Online assessment required a series of written answers to set questions, largely based on why you want to work for Teach First, what you think you can bring to the team, and your understanding of the role. The online assessment centre also requires a video interview which can be pre-recorded and then uploaded to the site. If successful, the candidate would then be invited to an Assessment Centre to take part in a number of individual and group tasks, which focused on the role itself and the key capabilities which Teach First require.

Can you tell the interviewer about a time when you demonstrated good leadership skills?
One competency based interview (30 minutes), followed by a group exercise, you are also asked to evaluate the group exercise, and an individual exercise followed by evaluation. The interviewer gives you hint if you go off topic which was pretty helpful
