One of the recruiters contacted me after finding my resume on Indeed. Was called in for an interview, filled out paperwork: 1-9's etc., giving me the false impression I would be hired. Was told the insurance company needed people right away, & met with 2 recruiters. I was told the next day the position was filled, then received a call a few days later from a different recruiter about the same bogus position. Why are they asking for tax information (social security, dob) before being offered a position?
