Fairly informal interview - discussion of my background and understanding the role. The interviewer outlined the team structure and provided background on how they worked in the region - focusing on what accounts the role would likely be assigned. Also reviewed what a standard day to day looks like and what % of time is typically allocated to certain tasks. Prompted with a few scenarios and asked how I would handle them. Also asked specifically about revenue targets and performance against goals over the past 2 years.
