First I had a short interview with a recruiter, after that I had an one hour Funcional interview, later two hours pair programming, after 45mins cultural fit and finally with my future manager, all with different people, different role and different nationality and driven by an HR agent. And all with very good attitude with me. I felt very confortable i whole process.

Tech Interview was pathetic, I was interviewed by someone with little knowledge. She could not even answer some of the questions I asked regarding the technical test. The task itself was not too hard but it looked like the person at the other end had no idea what she was asking about

Entrevista
The process was nice and the interviewers are great. What I didn't like is the lack of communication from the hiring team after all the interviews. I had to wait 3 weeks even after following up multiple times. During that time I didn't know whether I've passed the interview or didn't. I was just there waiting.
