It was on campus placement opportunity. First there was an online test then a psychometric test. You have qualify first to get the second link. After qualifying psychometric there was intervew and final selection.

It was smooth and it is very structured, The duration between test and cultural appreciation test is about 1 to 1.5months but it may vary and duration between result declaration of cat and interview is about 1 month and this too may vary.
There is a resume shortlisting then an online test.
after screening there are two interview rounds one is technical and other is hr who got selected in two interviews will have package negotiation round

It was a smooth ongoing placement process. Company visit and recruit the candidate from different branches.First round was aptitude and then domain knowledge next interview. From 300 candidates around 30 candidates shortlisted for interview and I don't exact figure how many of them accepted offer
