The interview was easy and straightforward with basic questions testing your knowledge of Pharmacovigilance. The interviewers were nice and explained the entire process thoroughly. The recruiter was a very kind and helpful woman and she followed up after every stage of the interview process.

During the initial screening call, I was informed that the position was available in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Based on this, I completed my TCS application indicating Bangalore as my preferred location, with willingness to relocate there from Kochi. During the interview, however, the interviewer repeatedly stated on at least three occasions that there is no TCS office in Bangalore, and questioned what I would do in that case. This discrepancy was not caused by any oversight on my part. I relied entirely on the information provided during the recruitment process and as per the TCS application form. Candidates should not be put in a position of being questioned about inconsistencies that originate from the hiring team's own communication. The interviewer also asked about my preference between remote, hybrid, and in-office work. I am fully aware that this role is office-based, and I had already acknowledged this. Revisiting this question without context served no clear purpose and consumed time that could have been better spent assessing my qualifications and fit for the role.
