Initial call came directly from technical lead by 9pm. Following day is first round of technical in telephonic, he asked about projects and I did well. Later HR call me ask for F2F I said no due to I am outstation so I attended near by TCS, and their I faced 2-more technical, 1-MR with two persons. Technical was same questions like previously about projects and power Semiconductor devices. Later he asked me to wait for MR and he asked also the same and wait for HR.. MR said your salary expectation is too high even your current pay is too high but we can't offer that much, I said I m in RnD so it will be like that if you interested you offer me otherwise no issue I said.. he said ok HR will call you. HR called me they already have some fixed amount accordingly they offerd.
