Recruited via campus interview.
Hiring process consisted of the following:
- Aptitude test (1 hour, I think) - Quant, Verbal and Data Interpretation
- Psychometric test (1 hour, I think) - 200 odd questions
- Technical interview (1.5 hours)
- HR interview (45 mins)
Interview consisted of the following:
- Basic information about myself
- CV questions
- Questions on the applicable engineering work-stream
- Questions on the project done during 4th year
