It is very nice, they have a separate on-boarding portal which takes care of the entire on-boarding for a new associates.
There is process is slow but hassle free and you have to go through many rounds of interview.
They do not pay you much hike.
Usually it will be three round of process and then HR.
Telephonic, P2P, Manager Round and then HR.
After that third party BGC check which is tight.
