had compensation discussion...offering very low...but now getting ghosted
no single point of person to tell real update on hiring process
the portal of application status is not at all useful.
HR are contacting unofficially...not replying on email or whatsapp
again out of blue 2 telephone rounds happened( 1 person asked me directly jump into virtual call...but its gmail meet invite...not official tcs email)
and they are asking for more virtual rounds but will send invite 1hr before
whats going on?...cant you tell all round process
either ghost or reject or give deadline for final updates
