6 interviews total, last one with the head of people ops. They really focus on experience based questions. A few technical questions and overall knowledge of the industry. Want you to have an opinion of where the industry stands today and where you think the future of FAST is going.

Where do you think the world of small bundle paid TV packages is going?

The people I met with were great - they were all very engaging, asked great questions, and we had good conversation. The company is young, malleable, and seems interested in change in positive ways. Questions were mostly behavioral, nothing too tricky.
The overall process, however, was long-winded and tedious. Communication was terrible - would go through bouts of high interest and quick action into WEEKS of follow up with no response, then back into quick action again. I cannot determine whether it's limited resources or intentional procedure to weed out candidates. I feel they do need to improve their candidate-facing demeanor and process, as it's tough to figure out where they stand on your candidacy and feels like they string you along with little to no feedback. I feel lucky that they got back to me about moving forward with someone else, as I had a feeling they may have just ghosted if given the opportunity.
