Two interviews were required. Both interviews were fairly straightforward, but the application process took about 6 months. HR department is rather slow to process hiring. There were two people interviewing the first round and an interview with the dean for the second.

The interview process was relatively quick and easy. I was contacted within a week or so of applying, and went in for an interview shortly after. I spoke with a supervisor and two full-time instructors, who asked mostly basic questions about experience, teaching, and handling non-typical students (as it is a community college that services a very diverse student population). They showed the facilities and explained the position in greater detail, and took about an hour total.
