Phone screen with recruiter. Phone screen with Engineer. Given a Hackerrank Assessment and invited to Onsite. Hackerrank was fairly easy, only two coding problems. Both were relatively simple to solve, similar to "easy" problems on Hackerrank's examples. During the onsite, which was a superday with other canidates, I was given two interviews, neither were technical. Both involved talking about myself, my experience, and discussing what Target does as a company. Then we had a group lunch with a QA panel with Current Engineers. Then a tour of Target's HQ and a bus tour of Minneapolis. We ended the day with a meet and greet with some other Engineers (not the ones interviewing or in the QA panel).
