I went to the interview an hour early and they started it right away, they asked me scenario questions about how in the past have i reacted to certain situations or to tell them a time about when i accomplished my goals. Then they asked if I could stick around to talk to someone else, someone higher on the chain talked to me about any questions I had for him and then told me what the job would entail and salary rage. Then they passed me off to someone else who was head of the department and hiring, we just talked about where i lived and it was close to him and we just had a friendly conversation, it was like he was trying to fnd out the kind of person i was. I was totally confortable throughout the whole thing, and I was suprised i talked to three people. They gave me paperwork "in case i was to get hired" so i wouldnt have to drive back there and they informed me i was to get a phone interview with an HR. The NEXT day they called and tried to set up an interview, I was going to be busy the next day so i had to postpone for 4 days. And i received the phone call just basic questions, and a few days later got offered the job. Over all it was a great experience, they were kind and down to earth guys.
